Volunteering at The Exceptional Foundation leaves an impact on the lives of all that participate. Volunteers are seen as friends. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer you must be at least 16 years of age.

Potential volunteers are NOT allowed to volunteer until orientation has been completed. Orientation is held every Tuesday at 5:00p.m. and lasts for 30 minutes. Please call The Foundation to attend a volunteer orientation session.

The Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee is always looking for volunteers to enhance our program! Schedule to volunteer during our day program, after-school, or weekend events. Check out our upcoming events and calendars to see when you are interested in volunteering.

Volunteer Expectations:

• Must attend Volunteer Orientation before Volunteering – Orientation is held every Tuesday at 5:00p.m. at The Foundation.
• Be willing to be a friend to those who participate along with being an assistant in any chosen activities such as various sports, board games, crafts, music, and field trips.
• Wear casual, comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
